Products: All items are handcrafted or restored - slight variations and imperfections are part of their charm and uniqueness. We strive to accurately photograph and describe our items.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments via Wix Payments.

Returns & Refunds: As each item is handmade or one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with clear photos. We are happy to help resolve any issues.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalised items are non-refundable. We'll confirm all details with you before making anything bespoke.

Furniture Sales: Our Rustic and upcycled furniture is built to last. However, due to the nature of reclaimed materials, signs of age and character are to be expected. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Care Instructions for Hand-made Clay Items:
For decorative use only - not food safe or fully waterproof. Handle with care. Clay can be fragile if dropped or knocked. To clean, gently wipe with dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or exposing to extreme temperatures.
