All items are handmade or restored with care. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 days. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 7 working days - if so, we'll keep you updated.
Shipping Policy
We use trusted couriers including Evri, Royal Mail and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination.

Delivery Times: Uk orders: usually delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Furniture Deliveries: Handmade and upcycled furniture may require special courier arrangements. We'll contact you to confirm delivery options and timing once your order is placed. Local delivery or collection may also be arranged
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
